1. What time are your classes?
Monday - Friday 5:30am, 6:30am,
Monday - Thursday 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday: 7am and 8am
2. I have previous injuries, can I participate?
Yes! Our trainers will work closely with you and modify any exercise to fit your needs. As long as you are cleared by your doctor, we can help you!
